The Jamie Oliver of wine
Matt Skinner a 30 year old Aussie doesn't look like your average sommelier, but this guy has plans to do to wine what Oliver did to food. Skinner has 2 books coming out and is in talks for a show on BBC about wine. Skinner should be able to give people more of an education on wine and how to drink it.
